Due to the high cost of shipping products internationally, should you receive a damaged or defective product, ADCOM USA is not able to provide return shipping. Return shipping to ADCOM USA and all associated costs will be the financial responsibility of the customer.
Our products are meant to be used on 120v AC / 60 Hz circuit in the USA.
All products offered by ADCOM USA are backed by our exclusive 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a product, we will gladly refund the purchase price of the product less a 15% restocking fee or exchange the item. Please notify us within 30-days of your purchase date.

All returns require a Return Authorization number in order for our receiving department to accept the shipment. Items without an RA number will be not accepted and will be returned to the shipper.
One-time use and Special Order Items are Not Returnable.
If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product please contact us within 48 hours at (908) 874-3799 or or email borism@jbd-usa.com and we will begin the return or replacement process. We have a couple different ways of handling returns based upon the product you purchased.
We will not send out a replacement product until the original (damaged, defective, or returned product) has been received. Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt at our warehouse for processing.
